pls help, im confused

i was already planning to file an application for nclex in california, but i have heard from a friend that Saipan aplication is much easier, much faster and much convinient than cali. But can you tell me how much is the processing fee for the eligibility in saipan? can you pls give me all the necessary steps and information in applying for the BON in saipan? are their any disadvantages in dis plan?

if it wouldn't be a bother, pls enlighten me, and i would honestly appreciate your help. thanks in advance, and more power to all of us nurses...
