Try the above website, it is a fairly clear explanation of the new H-1B laws and how they relate to Nurses. It seems H-1B is only eligible for Nurses who come to work in states that require RN's to have a Bachelor's degree. The only state with this requirement is North Dekota. I would think this means you can come to N. Dekota with you H-1B, and then work there while you apply for your green card.

H1b is a specialist visa and as a new grad you generally do not meet requirements. Things may have changed by the time you complete your training but expect to be affected by retrogression or problems getting a H1b visa

I do hope you are doing the nurse course for the right reason and not a way of staying in the US.

Wow! That's quite a change of heart--going from a graduate course in industrial management to nursing.
Interesting how you are posting in a nursing forum, but aren't asking anything about nursing. Your main concern seems to be how you can qualify for a visa. Do you have any interest at all in nursing?

Please try not to step on any patients in your race to the visa office...
