Physician to RN

HI !
I am Medical Graduate [MBBS] Physician from India and for last 12 years I am working in Medical supplies BUSINESS.
I want to change my carrier to RN in USA.
Can some one provide me details of Russian Colleges who offer 9 months Training to such Medical Graduates to make them nurses and these nurses are allowed to appear for NCLEX RN Exam.
I AM REALLY DESPARATE TO GET SOME INFORMATIONS REGARDING THIS OR OTHER ADVICES FROM ALL OF YOU.
