Hi

Just came across this thread. I recall the time when I had a phone interview (from hosp in Australia). I had the basic HR answers, care plans, conflict resolution stuff and even my med-surg textbook in front of me incase I get a mental block, I was walking around the room during the interview to help calm my nerves. I also asked the agency prior to the phone interview what kind of questions the prospective employers may ask and the agency was really helpful. It may be of use to you to ask members of allnurses about what kind of questions they were ask at their interviews, so that you can prepare yourself.

Hi Suzan,

I have been accepted for a job opportunity in USA. I have passed already CGFNS, TOEFL & TWE and applied for visa screen. ( my TSE exam Feb 19)

the HR told me that they sent me a job offer by registered mail and I have to review it and discuss the terms and if I accept it...they will forward my documets to the USCIS for an I-140 petition. All that I know till now that the job will be in RI, NJ or NY.

My question is..how can I determine that the job offer is good when I review it ? plz I need your help ..thank y
