Please keep posts to the topic at hand, which is that passports must be signed. Anything having to do with the exam, needs to go under another thread.
mam i think my post is not off the topic. knowing that the title of this thread is Philippine NCLEX is justifiable enough for me to post it here. there are no specifics in the thread's title that limit it to the passport issue. the first post may center on such topic (i.e. passport) but it is not limited to such because the specified topic by the one who made the thread is broad enough to even cover my inquiry.
my inquiry happened while i was taking the exam here in the philippines. so i think it did not defeat the topic at hand. it was called for.
