That should be the job of your attorney. Just forward it to him and it is done.

The NVC is waiting for the completed ds-230 forms from the hospital. The hospital's lawyer should have sent the completed forms to you for your review and signature. Once they get it back, they will send the forms to NVC. The NVC will assess them and once deemed completed, the petition will then be sent to the embassy.
