My Petition was approved on June 3 , and what now ? what is the next step ?

next will be request for Visa payment then the DS230 forms

Or if your lawyer had not included a Form -28 in your I-140 application then you are going to receive an Agent Of Choice letter from NVC. An Agent of Choice letter will ask you who will process your visa.

Aftyer that, as SueIp said, you will be receiving the Visa Fee Bill.

after paying nvc fee and returning ds-230 to nvc,how much time will I wait before packet 4 arrives? Thanks.

Thank you very much guys, i, dont know if my lawyer has filed this form -28, but i think so he is very good acctualy,any idea when i will be invited to my home embassy for an interview?about when can i expect to enter the US.?

Still have Packet 3 and 4 to go...............................it is still going to be some time before you will finally get your papers...........it also dependson where you will be working, (where the sponsoring employer is located) as well as which country that you are in.

Depends on how fast NVC is processing our Packet 3. A friend of mine back then only waited 3 months after the submission.

what number will i call to be able to follow up my case at NVC,is there a time frame from submission of nvc fee and ds-230 for them to entertain my inquiry?thanks rep.

You can email them. This is the emai add of NVC : nvcinquiry@state.gov

On the subject portion, write your visa case number.

On the letter,

the date

US Department of State
National Visa Center
32 Rochester Avenue
Portsmouth, NH

Petitioner: thekkglllglg

Beneficiary: Nurseshrek
your visa case number

Body of the letter

You can expect a reply from them in 3 to 5 days.
