NY lic apllication for nclex

hi everybody i really need an answer can anybody please help me does new york needs a local lic.?? coz i didnt take my exam in the philippines and im an american citizen....thanx

hi i already send my application for nclex in new york last june of this yr. what else should i do and how long will i wait?
