    Hello, I have a question to ask you guys.
    I'm Registered Nurse from Israel and I am currently filling "Form 1 - Application for Licensure" for the state of New York.
    Now I have already completed the CGFNS process and it has been sent there, in the CGFNS I provided all of my forgein Licensures and Certificates.
    Right now I have reached questions number 19 in "Form 1 - Application for Licensure" and it asks me again if I ever held any Licensures or Certificates under Any state or jurisdiction so I don't know what I should do now.
    Should I fill that area and then include Form 3 as well, I don't think so because this Licences are forgein and that is what CGFNS was for.
    Please help me regarding this issue.

    When I did my application I answered the question and listed my foreign credentials. As far as I understand CGFNS verifies your education to ensure that it compares to the standards of the state you are applying for a license in (could be wrong here). Try checking on old threads you may be able to find the info there. Goodluck
