Nursing student looking for research into demand of nurses in Germany

Can you be much more specific as to what you are looking for in terms of the type of information that you are looking for?

RNs are always in demand, and that goes for Germany as well. But if you are in looking in terms of foreign nurses being able to work there, that is quite difficult at this time and expect it to continue.

Jobs go first to those that hold a German passport, and then to those that are citizens of the European Union. And even if the nurse is lucky enough to get a visa to work there, they must be fluent in the German language; as well as pass the German nursing exam in German. Without fluency in German, no license issued for there.

This same requirement is in place for all countries of the European Union.
