nursing jobs in NZ

hi... i just want to ask regarding processing fees for NZ. there has news recently that NZ needs nurses. if you are found eligible, the hospital/employer will shoulder the 8wk equivalency course. then, you will have to shoulder the cost of airfare & living allowances for the 8wks. the processing fee being charged is bet 100-200K. I think it's a bit steep. Does anyone have any experience with finding a job in NZ? If ever, can you please share the steps on how to apply? Thank you so much.
