Moved to the International forum

Haven't seen many post about NY for a long time and the ones that id was struggling to find a employer despite training in NY. Also be aware of retrogression as this may affect whether the agency is still going as you are looking at a wait of over 4 years currently (no visas at the moment and expected dates vary between PD of 2003-5 when visas are released in October)

The same question was asked a few months ago, right now, they are no decent agencys for New York State, because no one is hiring foreign nurses now (for obvious reasons).

So to be very blunt, I say forget it!

Please write in english, as per board policy.

There still agencies around sponsoring (I think) but not for New York State, not for anything definitive, they cannot, nobody serious can, no hiring right now and nobody knows what will be in some years.
This is the truth, so either you are more flexible and happy to wait for many years to come with a binding contract with high punishment amount should you want to cancel, or you wait and look for alternatives.
Otherwise you end up with one of those fishy ones like Sentosa.

Is there a specific reason why you want to go to New York? Do you have family there? If you don't then you might want to try Canada, Australia, UK, or New Zealand. I'm unsure about their requirements, you'd have to check up on their board of nursing. Good Luck

I have merged the 2 threads together as you was asking this same question yesterday. Also as pointed out Please post only in English as per terms of service. I have edited your post

English Language Only
