Nurse not sked A.advice please..

Hello. My husband was petitioned under skilled worker(EB3). does this mean he can't make use of the 50K recap visas for PT and nurses? His I140 was approved May 4,2006.

Thanks!

please contact your agency or the lawyers, stet!

things won't move for your spouse if he's under EB3 (his papers will only move after 3-5 years, in light of the retrogression).

the lawyers should liaise with NVC immediately for the correction of this critical error.

good luck.

guys, FYI....

Schedule A petition is under the EB3 category. So before you panic, confirm to your lawyers first if his petition is specified under Sched A.

My petition paper appears like this:

Category: EB3-Skilled Worker/Professional --- Schedule A Nurse.

BYW, NURSE DEPENDENT... Thanks for sharing your medical exam experiences. It helped a lot. Had my medical a while ago.

Thanks everyone!...just talked to my lawyer... she said that SKed A is under EB3 which makes ours still current... I just want to trust her with this...I know that she'll try to do it the right way since we are directly hired and for every action she makes, and evry step forward there's an equivalent payment.

Nurse's wife: No problem. Just like I told you. I had the same exactly the same confusion as yours in the past.

Daning: The employees there told me that Thursday and Friday has lesser patients. And they're right. Day 1, I went there at about 5:30am. I ended 11am. Day 2, 8am 'til 3pm. That is if results are all favorable. St. Luke's has a systematic scheme and it's really effective. Though you won't know the entire result until the embassy interview. Goodluck....

Hi, to everyone!

just one concern, is it necessary to place in all our documents bound for NVC the word " SCHEDULE A" just below MNL2006XXXXXX? thanks!
