    Is anyone currently or planning on working in Guatemala? I have not been accepted yet to a NP program but my long term goal is to open a clinic in Guatemala which will focus on reproductice health and family planning. I am familiar with WINGS but am looking for information on how to start a clinic myself.

    Specifically, what kind of obstacles could I expect to face?
