Notary stamp on BON Form 1

by shangve

In NY BON Form 1it want a Notary stamp, but the Notary Public in China only can give me a Notary Certificate, they do not stamp on the Form 1. Can I sent Form 1 to NY BON with Form 1 without a Notary stamp but only with a Notary Certificate

Default Re: Notary stamp on BON Form 1
It will not be accepted like that. Please take the Form to the US Embassy to have it notorized. That is what is recommended with all documents that are needed for the US. You may also wish to get the VSC application done at the same time, it also requires that it is notorized.

The notary stamp must be on the document.
