Newly Grads, do u have a job yet?

I seem to realize that there are more nurses in the Philippines graduating every month. Looking at the PRC website, the lists goes on and on. It kept me wondering, how many of them will get a steady, decent job? Here in the U.S., many newly RN graduates with license don't have a job. I hope it doesn't scare others into going to nursing.
