How long have you been employed in the hospital, if you don't mind my asking, too? Actually, just yesterday, I was rethinking on whether to go on with CAS right after the board results have been released or "fix" some things here first before leaving for anywhere else. I might go your route, Sis -- NMBWA, I mean, if I finally decided to opt for the latter. Just a year's experience is all that's needed, right?
