Hello! I am a filipino registered nurse for 2 years now and I really want to take a venture in getting to any of these countries. After all, this is the main reason why we chose this path. 😄😄😄 My dilemma is due to a surplus of nurses here in the country, I don't have any hospital experience yet and took public health nursing instead. Am I qualified to go there or do I need to have 2 years hospital experience first before starting my application? And is there any agencies who can help me with this? Thank you and more power! 😄😄😘😘

You need to decide where you want to go and look at what the job prospects are going to be like. Germany will expect you to be fluent in German. I believe Australia will require x amount of work experience and to be honest I know things are tough in the Philippines on finding a job but you will have better success if you have experience when looking for employers

If the OP looks at the Australian and Canadian boards here, it's pretty obvious that the demand for overseas nurses is pretty much over.

Locally educated nurses aren't finding it easy to get work.

Then factor in the language issues, testing and fluency.

It's not an adventure, it's a huge change in your life. Three very different climates, costs of living, and lifestyles.
