New here. help!

Hi everyone! It's nice to be here. I've gathered alot of info already. Can't wait to learn more.

I just graduated BS Nursings from the Phil. I really want to move and practice in New Jersey ASAP. I would really appreciate it if someone can give me a step by step for the application process. I don't have a local license, CGFNS, NCLEX, nor do I have a visa.

I was planning to apply via New Mexico then get endorsed to New Jersey because they say the process is faster in NM and it doesn't require a local license. What do you think?
