Gerontology exam as far as I am aware is the same exam regardless on country and is a self study exam. This should give you an idea on costs but you will not gain anything by coming to Canada to sit the exam Gerontological Nursing

thank you silver. im a new graduate with no experience. I thought that specialty does not require experience. and I wanted to be working on PR during the course.

Most post grad courses are distant learning or short so usually does not qualify for student visa. What route are you looking for PR?

Being here on a student visa will not qualify you for PR. You would be required to return home after the course. As SD said, most courses wouldn't be long enough to qualify for a student visa.
