Welcome to Allnurses.com.

You want a petitioner, not a sponsor. The sponsors were for the temporary work permits, called H1-B visas, that are not available for nurses. You want a petitioner for a green card, big difference when asking a facility.

Next, have you taken the English exam series yet? Either the TOEFL or the IELTS?

Have you registered with a state for licensure yet? The more reputable facilities want to see a passing score on the NCLEX exam, they will not do a thing with the CGFNS exam, as that will not get you a license. And especially when trying to go into an area that does not use as many foreign grads, you want everything done before you even approach them.

Please read the Primer at the top of the International Forum, and it will give you more information that you will need.
