guys!pls help me..i want to take nclex in chicago..where can I download cgfns application and fingerprint card...thanks

Moved to a post in the International forum.

You are applying for licensure to be a RN in the US and need to meet Illinois requirements for foreign trained nurse. Suggested starting point would be the sticky (found in the main forum index) called Primer to working in the USA.

You do need CES and would recommend full course by course at www.cgfns.org
