How about the Nevada RN Application Form?
I already sent my form to my sister there in Las Vegas.
Can she submit it directly to the address stated on the form? or is it really thru mail?

im not really quite sure how that works coz when i submitted my application i had my fingerprinting right away..

i guess its best to call them and ask them what you should do since you're in PI right now..

when submitting, you (or your sister) can do it either ways (mail-in or drop-in). their office if just in Shara right across Palace Station..but i guess you have to make sure that she signs and you sign too the 3rd party agreement. it's part of the packet you got from NV-BON.

another question...

I alreay sent my application for to CGFNS-CES. Based on what's written on the instruction form, once they received my application form with complete payment, they will send me a CGFNS ID Number.

How will I receive this CGFNS ID NUMBER? The only thing I received from them was an E-mail regarding my Address and contact number. It does not include any ID NUMBER?

When I sent my application form to CGFNS, I included a money order, payed to them in FULL. But when I logged in to my cgfns account using my username and password, the following were written on the ACCOUNT BALANCE SECTION ...

did you try calling their toll free number? i did it through phone, coz i guess its more up to date and comprehensive. and yes, your account balance should be zero (0) because you have used it already for your cgfns-ces evaluation, unless you sent them more than what you're suppose to pay.

regarding the id number, i recieved my id number through mail. it's actually a white card with dark green inscription of your full name with CGFNS number right below it (it kinda looks like an atm card but it ain't as stiff). i honestly forgot if i recieved the number through email..but snail mail, that i'm sure..

Another thing, about the ID NUMBER?

when will they send that to me? Do they still have to receive first my academic records from my schools before they give me my ID NUMBER?

Once you have paid for a service they will send you a ID number, they do not wait for all documentation before sending it. It probably will take a couple weeks to be delivered.

silverdragon102 is right, as soon as you have sent in your payment (and partial accomplishment of your required documents), they automatically send your CGFNS ID.

basing on your previous post, i guess you used your siser's address here in las vegas? if that's the case, then your sister may recieve it in a couple of weeks or something.

and about calling the toll-free number, just ask them what you wanna ask them..like stuffs which seems to be unclear to you to enlighten you and to relieve your worries (to satisfy your queries so you'd have peace of mind).

Hi guys! I just received an email from CGFNS ces. They gave me my ID number. And when I checked again my cgfns account, it was already updated!
