need help


I'm a registered nurse (ASN)currently working in anambulatory surgery cnenter.Iamlooking for a job in MICU in a hospital. i work as a physician for 5 years overseas ,currently iam preparing for USMLE and i plan to go for residency within 1-2 years. is it easy to find a job in MICU? isthere any special training orcertification reqiured?

You are going to find it very hard to find a facility to take you when they know that you are only going to be there for a year or so. It takes months, if not longer to just learn the basics that are required. Very different from anything that you did with medicine in your country.

Where did you go to Medical School?
