can i write N/A to these yes or no questions since im still starting to apply and have not paid any taxes yet?

Question moved to the International Forum since it is specific to working in the US.

You just need to answer yes, you do not owe any back taxes or child support in the US. N/A there is not an acceptable answer and they will not accept it.

And the application is for licensure as an RN in the state of Vermont, there is no such thing as an application for the NCLEX exam. You do not apply for that, you must obtain permission from a state BON to sit for it after you have met their requirements. It is not the only step in the process, just the final one.

Please take the time to do some reading on the International Forum, especially the thread called the Primer. There is much info there that you need to have before you do anything else.
