NCLEX-RN cleared, how to start Visa Processing? Please help.

Hi,

I cleared NCLEX-RN exam and want to start my Visa Processing but I don't know how to start and from where to start.

I am Living in India and want to start USA (California) Processing. Can you please tell me what are the requirements and what I have to do?
