if you dont have a US visa you need to have to work with the VEP (Visitor's Entry Permit)

if your a filipino it will be really accesible for you to have your exam in hongkong the fact that it doesn't have much requierments and you can go anytime. in saipan, you have organzie things (i mean schedule ahead of time) and fix your vep... as for the expenses, i think they are just the same... hongkong is cheaper but it has aditional $150.. so the expenses would just be quite the same unless you know ways to save... like having a cheaper hotel or airline

thanks for your reply! how about making a schedule? is it always full in saipan test center like in HK wherein its always full? i applied for Illinois. if a register with pearson. my ATT will only be valid for 90days so within 3mos i have to schedule my exam. im worried if i register for HK and i wont be able to schedule myself within 3mos may ATT will expired. thats why im thinking if taking it in Saipan if it has more available sllots than HK.

Saipan, traditionally will have more slots readily available as compared to HK but still no guarantee that you will be able to get one w/in 3 mos but definitely have much better chance in getting a slot w/in 90 days vs. HK.

Before there is no fee to change testing centers now pearson-vue charges $50 if an applicant want to change testing centers.

Thanks lawrence! i am actually contemplating on that. if ever i register for HK and they dont have available slots before my att expires i might transfer to Saipan. il take time to read their policy regarding change of test centers. thanks again!

Oops, I was referring to change of Board of Nursing and not change in test centers. Sorry for the mix-up.

You can change testing centers w/ no additional cost. Instructions for doing so are given in your account.
