NCLEX in London

To take the NCLEX in London, you have to register and receive approval from which ever state board you are applying to. When you receive the ATT you then register with Pearson Vue who administer the NCLEX in London. Once you have registered and Pearson Vue have notification that you are eligible to sit NCLEX, then you arrange a date and time to suit you, to sit the NCLEX.

Where are you now? if in the Philippines then you can take it there. If you want to go to another country you will need a tourist visa. Have you applied for licensure to the state and gone through the process?
