nclex or ielts first?

good day to all!

im a registered nurse in the philippines and im planning to work in the U.S. but i don't know what exam i need to take first is it ielts or nclex? please help

Moved to the International forum as per the red banner

You may want to consider another country as with retrogression you are looking at several years wait. Also a lot will depend on which state you apply to and whether they require a English exam or not. I would suggest a good read in here first and then decide what you are going to do
