NCLEX application question..

Hello guys!! I am a U.S. permanent resident who came back to the P.I to be a second-courser. Graduating in one week (woohooo!!!).

I am no longer taking the local boards. My question is...could I apply to take the NCLEX in two states at the same time? Specifically NY and CA?
