That is not what we stated, you still need to get a license for the specific state where you wish to work and go thru the process of obtaining the license. The NCLEX results are accepted in all 50 states as well as US territories, but this does not mean that your training will be accepted automatically in all fifty states.
The exam is offered in Makati, so not sure why you are mentioning taking it in HK; there really is no reason to even be considering that. There are always cancellations being made, both in Makati as well HK so slots always open up.
But more importantly, you need to be aware that you are looking at about five years for a chance at a green card if you do not already possess one to be able to work in the US.
