my cp order will expire and cg has no reply yet, pls help

my cp order will expire and cg has no reply yet, pls help

Hi, I sent a letter to cg via ems for the cancellation of my cp application. They should have received it by now but my order is not yet cancelled. My order expires on aug 13, I plan to call them a week prior to the expiry date if it will not be cancelled by that time. My question is, what will I say if they will ask me the reason why I cancelled my cp application? Is it ok to tell them that I prefer to take nclex? Thank you so much in advance

i also experienced sending cancellation letter to cgfns... it takes time before i saw my order deleted.. call them and ask if they recieve your letter and inquire bout its status.. god bless..

Listen, you don't have to fing any excuses. It's your money, it's your choice if you decide to withdraw from the CP exam. CGFNS system is too slow, it takes about 10 days from the time they receive it to the time they post it. It is ridiculous for an organization like them to have a lousy mail system. Bottom line is call them as much as you can to remind them because the information you get varies from one CSR to another (which should not happen). Anyway, I just want you to feel that it's your money and it's your career. Good luck!

Same thing...happened to me a year ago..I called them couple of times...and finally they cancelled it but take a nice chunk of money as cancellation fee.

I have horrible experience with CGFNS. May be they are the only one dealing with Foreign nurses..thats why..

call waiting time is so long as well as you cant find the appropriate answer for the delays.

Oh my! I never thought there would be a cancellation fee. Aside from the humongous phone fee, there's this another fee, gosh, my husband's pocket is severely damaged already coz of the preparations for my nclex exam. Anyway, thanx a lot sunzzi, I will have to inform him about this.... brace for impact.... Another question, is cancellation fee applicable albeit I haven't paid them yet even partial?

They suck with refunds - they incorrectly charged for a NY assessment I did not order (in April) and it is now July and they still have not refunded it despite getting multiple phone calls, emails, faxes AND mailed letters!!

I am a native English speaker and they confuse me, so I don't know how people with ESL deal with them!

I think I will be dealing a new problem here coz I ordered for ny verification but my application was incomplete, I hope and pray that they will not charge me for that or else my husband might file for an annulment or he might return to my parents....just joking to alleviate my anxiety

i didnt experience paying for a cancellation fee... i applied last yr.. i dunno if the policy have changed..

Gosh, I have a very big problem, we have no dial tone for days now, I called 171 for the repair of our landline but they told me that it will take a long time to repair it coz of cable problem, I have to go to sm to check my emails. How can I call them, I certainly could not afford to call them thru cel.
