MD/RNs?

Hi all,

I am a graduate student in health policy and administration, and am hoping to do my dissertation research on health care work force migration. I'm especially interested in the MD-to-RN phenomenon--do any of you have suggestions for how I could make contacts with nursing medics living in the US? (Either for qualitative interviews or a survey if I can find enough people.) I'd be most grateful for your suggestions.

Thanks!
