Many Questions Regarding Nursing

hi! i am new here.. and i have lots of question that i need to have an answer... i hope u can help.
1. can i easily get a job if i have a relative working as a head nurse?
2. how many hours do u usually work?
3. i am a BSN student, what are the things i need to be done to have a good salary?
4. do i really need to pass all the exams like NCLEX, CGFNS...ETC????

i hope u can help me........
Each nurse is hired based on their own merits. Whether they have relatives that are nurses should not make any difference. And every nuyrse working in the US is required to take and pass the NCLEX exam, and depending on the state, then you may need the CGFNS exam as well. You will also noeed the series of English exams, if you are training overseas.
