LPN-RN through Excelsior College, visascreen problem

Hi i am a Canadian LPN, my husband works in PA us i get LPN-RN through Excelsior College, and pass NC1.NC3.
since i am a canadian, i need a work visa ( TN 1), before i get this visa i need degree of nurse , RN license, and Visascreen Certification.
Now i have question about :
1. Does PA accept EC degree?
2.Visascreen program need vertify clinical hours, but EC student does not have clinical experence all pass CPNE, just in LPN program .how to do that?
3. is there Canadian nurse in here?
