Lost DS-3032

A friend of mine from India filed their I-140 application last year. It was approved in January but they have still not received their DS-3032. With my help, we have tried everything we know of to locate it, inlcuding repeatedly contacting CIS and the NVC. We're not sure what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Were bills ever received from immigation? Is she going thru an agency? Has she been in contact with them? Has her agency or attorney received anything from immigration?

If they were mailed by regular mail, they could have been lost. They should be abe to replace them. Can't think of anything else in this case to do.
