Suggest that she complete her schooling there and then come to the US. You are going to find it extremely difficult for a school to accept her as a transfer student, just is not going to happen. She would be starting her training all over again if she wishes to attend in the US.

If she is already second year, then she will have the BSN in two years more, for the US, she will be starting all over again from the beginning for most programs.
