License requirements

Hi everybody,
I am a rn fron india right now i am in california for a visit can i able to take nclex rn in any of the sates in U.S, which i can do with in four months.I am not done any language testing exams.

Even if you go through the process of licensure with a state there is no guarantee everything will be done in 4 months and definitely no way for you to stay afterwards and adjust your status. Retrogression is still in force and for someone from India you are looking at several years due to high demand from your country. Even if you can change status you need to meet licensure requirements pass NCLEX apply for visa screen certificate which required English exam and all of that can not be done within 6 months, which is the usual time given on the tourist visa.

Changing title as question more pertaining to licensure and requirements not NCLEX RN
