    Can a college graduate RN get a job working in impoverished latin american countries? I spent a month in Peru and knew I wanted to work in a similar place someday. I am fluent in Spanish and would absolutely love to work in a clinic down there. Does anyone know of any programs that would take a new grad nurse?
