Just took the DEC boards, im planning ahead, what's the next step I should take?

Whatever the results of my local board is, I'm want to take the NCLEX early next year already. Is that a wise decision??

I have so many questions about NCLEX because honestly, I don't have any idea on what to do to take an NCLEX. Where should I apply? When is the exam? How much is the application fee? How many days will the exam be? Well, all I know is that I can take it in Korea. Please answer my queries like you're answering a dummies guide book for NCLEX 'cause I really need your help... Thanks a lot.
