Job on OPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I am an international student, going to graduate in Dec 2008, married to permanent resident he is going to get citizenship in 2010, i am planning to do BSN in 2010, and work on OPT in 2009.

I have some questions about OPT

1. is it really hard to find job on OPT.
2. When i should apply for Work permi
3. When i should apply for job.
4. Is my employer going to ask me about my only one year work permit if yes what i have to say.

any help will b appereciated, i already read in other posts taht it s hard to get job on opt, really want some words for encouragement
