good day! I was interviewed at US embassy already but I haven't received my visa yet because i still have lacking requirements to be submitted like the visa screen and my contract with my employer. I've been expecting my visa screen to arrive considering i have submitted already the requirements right after i have passed the nclex but it seems there is a long delay in the processing of my visa screen. so my question is, if in case there will be retrogression this month of october will i be affected of it despite of my interview at embassy has finished? is there such a thing as a reserved immigrant visas for those who were interviewed already considering there is an assurance that the lacking documents will be forwarded to embassy once they get them?

thanks,

I think that you have had your interview and just short of visa screen I doubt that you will be affected

Hi. Moved your post to a thread of its own for better responses and the thread you attached it was more than a year's old already.
