You actually need to complete a specific number of hours in an approved school of nursing to be able to get a license in the US, and to even get permission to sit for the licensing exam here called the NCLEX-RN exam.
What you had done was a credentials eval of the classes that you have taken, but it is up to the specific university to determine if they will grant you credits for anything that you have taken already. That is done by the school and not the BON.
The BON is interested in seeing that you graduate from an approved school of nursing, and that the required number of hours have been completed.
