BON's don't typically review your course history but that you graduated from an accepted Nursing program. So if the school accepts your courses for transfer and the school you graduate is accredited with the state of Texas, then you should be able qualify for NCLEX the same as the other students with whom you are going to graduate with. It's the terminal degree that they are going to look at, not the individual courses and where you've taken them.

You actually need to complete a specific number of hours in an approved school of nursing to be able to get a license in the US, and to even get permission to sit for the licensing exam here called the NCLEX-RN exam.

What you had done was a credentials eval of the classes that you have taken, but it is up to the specific university to determine if they will grant you credits for anything that you have taken already. That is done by the school and not the BON.

The BON is interested in seeing that you graduate from an approved school of nursing, and that the required number of hours have been completed.
