    try the cd's near the PRC... if possible, try to have it tested first before buying...

    i don't know about a commercial cd that you can buy, but there are two online care plan constructors that you can access for free on the internet. both are based on two nursing care plan and nursing diagnosis books that are published. you, however, have to input the information on the care plan, but the site formats and prints the care plan out for you. here are the websites:
