i'M LOST WITH NCLEX!

I am all lost now and I haven't even started!! There are so many things that I read here that confuses me more..Please help me I beg you!! I dont know where to start!

I am planning to apply for a licensure exam for U.S. and I dont know how!

I have relatives in NY and CA.
-Would it be possible if a relative can apply for me?
-Would it be advisable to apply in NY or CA is much better?

What would be the fastest waiting time to accomplish the requirements before the actual exam?

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!!!!

We do not recommend Ca for initial license as they will not issue you with a license without a SSN and you can not get one of them until in the US with a valid work visa and your file is deleted after 3 years which with retrogression you will be affected. NY does their own assessment with CGFNS and you need to complete CVS.

Suggested reading is the sticky called Primer to working in the USA, threads on California and retrogression because you will have a long wait in front of you due to the high demand from your country. Try using the search facility with keywords
