Im confused, can anybody?

Hi guys, im confused with this step by step process on NVC. Last week I called them and answered " the NVC has recieved the visa fee bill....."
and now I called again and it said " waiting for the DS230 form" ...
Can anybody please share what is the step by step chronological order process in NVC? like which comes first, the visa fee bill or DS230 form and so on.... and also what are the fees/payments that are needed and how much? Thanks....

Visa Bill is paid and then the DS-230 form is sent out. That needs to be approved before one can get a completed file. Your attorney will need to submit the form that has the bar code on it.
