Ok I'll just do that. Hopefully I can find an employer in ONtario because I think I can only register if I have an employer. With what janfrn is saying about no nursing jobs, hmm hopefully I can find one. Thank you for all your replies.

The CRNE is the Canadian REgistered Nurse Exam. The exact same exam is written in every city in English Canada on the same day. The results are accepted in every province except Quebec. Did you say you read the sticky http://allnurses.com/canadian-nurses...ed-370227.html??

A Masters DEGREE is obviously a degree. In Canada the Masters of Arts in Nursing is not considered equivalent to the Masters of Science in Nursing. There are no Masters of Arts in Nursing here. Degrees are conferred by universities and require four years of a prescribe course of study. Diplomas are conferred by colleges; they may require as few as 6 months of study and the core curriculum is set by the college. Nursing diplomas used to be conferred by hospital schools of nursing too, and their curricula were varied in their academic and clinical requirements. Some schools were MUCH tougher than others.
