The dates that are listed are only guides, they are not written in stone. And if they request any additional information from your attorney, that will need to be submitted before they will issue approval.
Best suggestion would be to talk to your attorney, any information goes to them, not to the two of you.

There is no specific date that an application must be approved by, the Service Center just gives a rough estimate.
