I want to relocat and looking for advice...

I'm 48 years old Israel trained RN. I immigrate to Israel 12 years ago, all of
my family live here, I just know Hebrew as my mother language, I study and
graduate to RN and work here but I don't feel that I home. The Oriental
life-style and mentality, total destruction of moral values, poor (1/3 of
population), crime... that is very difficult, or may be, impossible for me to
accept it. Hot and humidity tropic clime destroy my health.
I don't expect to be rich, only honorable life and self realization in my
profession in friendly environment. Where I can find it, your think? US,
Canada? Help me, please.

You have to decide on the type of weather that you would like........If you do not like snow, then I would not choose Canada.

There are 50 states in the US, you have to everyone to chose from. I suggest that you begin the initial process for licensure then select the exact state later on, you do not need to pick right now.

Just take a look at the stickies at the top of the page..............

Hi.
How much I understand you. Whatever you pick out it'll be better than where you are now.

Canada does have places that rarely if ever see snow (Vancouver and Victoria for instance). I worked with several Israeli nurses in Toronto and they all seemed happy there. There is a fairly large jewish community they were welcomed into (and also a fairly large Russian community and several were Russian born so they still got to speak their native language fairly often).

I very like snow, suzanne, do you have snow in US ? But that isn't soo importent... Would I can find work? What kind of people live in the place I would immigrat there? I'm tired of lie and tricks, of oriental mentality... My boss promised me conversation about my salary as shief nurse of department... 6 month befor! That is one of hundred examles... That is in the Ministry, that is in a shop, that is in every place... between people...

Many states have snow in the winter. I suggest beginning the process now, you can always pick a state at a later time. You will need to pass the NCLEX-RN exam, as well as the series of English exams.

Take a look at the stickies at the top of this forum for assistance with what to do next.
