i know this is random

Hello, im a registered nurse in Australia. I work in an oncology ward, I would very much like to work in Texas, I am hoping someone can give me the procedures I need to undertake to make this possible

Try posting the the Texas forum under forums by location. There may be someone on there who might know more about it than some others on this site! Good luck to you, and welcome to allnurses!

Welcome to Allnurses.com.

Definitely read the stickies that are at the top of the page. You will need to pass only the NCLEX exam, as the English exams are waived for you. You will also need to get a Visa Screen Certificate that is done by CGFNS. Texas requires the CES, which is a credentials evaluation, and this is also done by CGFNS.

More specifics are at the top of the page.
